• Account information: Email address and hashed password when you register
• Usage data: URLs you clone, clone job status, and credit usage
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never store raw card details
• Session data: Secure session tokens stored in cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Track credit usage and enforce plan limits
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
• Investigate abuse and maintain platform security

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Anthropic: URLs and page content are sent to Claude for code generation — subject to Anthropic's privacy policy
• Infrastructure providers: Replit for hosting and PostgreSQL for data storage

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Clone job records are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. All traffic is encrypted via TLS. We use Stripe for PCI-compliant payment handling.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@replicode.ai to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice.
